Altosh was founded on a simple belief: great organizations are built by great people, and finding and developing those people requires more than a job board.

Altosh HR Consulting was born from a deeply personal understanding of what it takes to build resilient, high-performing teams in fast-moving environments. After years of working inside startups and high-growth companies, our founder Alka Gupta saw a consistent gap — organizations wanted top talent and strong HR foundations, but lacked the expertise and bandwidth to build them well.

Altosh bridges that gap. We act as an embedded strategic partner, not just a vendor. We began our journey in August 2025 to solve your most critical people challenges and bear on your most important people challenges — from hiring your first engineer to designing the HR function that will support your next 500 employees.
